Overview
- Working alongside the current technologist to support the product developer day-to-day on all aspects of development.
- Creating kitchen samples to support internal tastings, customer presentations, and feasibility reviews.
- Managing admin tasks such as product labelling, sample organisation, and accurate documentation.
- Ensuring products and samples are prepared, packed, and dispatched on time for submission and testing.
- Ordering and monitoring ingredients and benchmark products, maintaining stock levels, and managing deliveries.
- Attending feasibility meetings to support project updates and next steps.
- Supporting the accurate input and maintenance of recipes and costings on our systems.
- Ideally 1 year’s experience in a food manufacturing, product development, or technical environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- A passion for food, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams.
- Must be local to Northampton or able to commute (4-5 days per week on site).
