You will drive the delivery of the Commercial Plan through the People Plan. Partner with Leadership teams and line managers to identify business led People solutions that deliver commercial performance. Provide support on the people aspects of business plans and provide input on people and organisational issues. Work closely with business leaders and line managers to build our people capability and drive a high-performance culture.

Are you passionate about driving change, building high-performing teams, and shaping the future of retail? We’re looking for a dynamic People Partner to join our Fashion, Home & Beauty division at a pivotal moment in our transformation journey, to support the Online and Marketing teams.
As a People Partner, you’ll work closely with the Head of People and leadership teams to deliver a people strategy that supports commercial success. You’ll be a trusted advisor, helping line managers build talent, drive performance, and lead change across the business.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll roll up your sleeves and get stuck into delivering impactful people solutions. You’ll be at the heart of organisational development, talent planning, and performance management, ensuring our people are set up to thrive.
To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

What you’ll do
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Partner with leaders to deliver the People Plan aligned to commercial goals and drive organisational effectiveness through change initiatives.
- Champion talent development, succession planning, and a high-performance culture across the business.
- Use data and insights to inform decisions, improve outcomes, and support the adoption of digital HR tools and self-service platforms.
- Lead diversity and inclusion strategies to build inclusive teams and foster a culture of belonging.
- Collaborate across HR Centres of Expertise and key stakeholders to ensure consistent and impactful people practices.
Who you are
Your skills and experience will include:
- Experienced in supporting Online and Marketing teams, ideally within a retail or consumer-focused environment.
- Strong generalist HR background with expertise in organisational development (OD), talent, performance, and change management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge and coach leaders effectively.
- Commercial acumen and a strong passion for delivering results through people strategies.
- A curious mindset with a love for data, continuous improvement, and the ability to manage ambiguity.
