Your role
We’re looking for a forward-thinking OT Framework Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of our Operational Technology (OT) framework. This is a pivotal role in our infrastructure enhancement programme, supporting our mission to build climate-resilient, ecologically sound water systems.
As the OT Framework Project Manager, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of a major OT initiative—from planning through to implementation—ensuring it aligns with our strategic goals and integrates seamlessly across our infrastructure. Role involves the following responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the OT framework project
- Coordinate with internal teams, leadership, and external partners to meet project goals
- Integrate OT systems into strategic pipeline and water recycling centre upgrades (AMP8)
- Align project outcomes with climate resilience and ecological improvement goals
Your Profile
- 8+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years in OT or industrial control systems
- Strong understanding of OT systems (e.g., SCADA, PLCs, industrial networks)
- Proven success delivering large-scale OT projects in critical infrastructure
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2)
- Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82)
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
