We are looking for people with lived experience to help us deliver the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training.
What you’ll do
- Share your story and experiences with staff.
- Work alongside a trainer to run sessions.
- Help staff understand how their care and support can make a real difference.
What you need
- Lived experience of autism, learning disability, or other support needs.
- Willingness to speak to groups (we’ll support you).
- Passion for helping staff learn and improve care
