We’re looking for a Notice Processing Administrator to join our dynamic team in Ealing! You’ll play an essential role in assisting customers and ensuring the smooth processing of notices, appeals, and enforcement actions of our Environmental Team in Ealing.
What You’ll Do
- Handling enquiries, complaints, and appeals from the public via phone and email.
- Processing unpaid notices and supporting legal enforcement action.
- Reviewing caution questionnaire responses and preparing legal documentation for prosecutions.
- Opening and logging correspondence; scanning, filing, photocopying, and general administration.
- Assisting with client or management report requests.
- Keeping up to date with changes in legislation and compliance requirements.
What You’ll Bring
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Great attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and managing digital records.
- A team player mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Discretion when handling confidential information
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and legislation.
- £18,005 per annum
- 25 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9:30am – 2:30pm)
