Position: Night Concierge

Location: Peninsula Heights, Albert Embankment

Working Hours: 3 on, 3 off 1900 – 0700

Salary: £26,500 – £27,500 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Development Details:

This role will be located at a riverside development, first built in 1996. The development consists of 38 apartments + a penthouse and offers secure underground parking and a residents gym and sauna, as well as 24 hour concierge. Peninsula Heights is located within walking distance of both Vauxhall overground and underground stations.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

 

  • Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
  • Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
  • Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
  • Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
  • Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
  • Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
