About Decca:

Decca encompasses the outstanding artist rosters of Decca Records, Decca Classics, Mercury KX and Hyperion, including artists such as Ludovico Einaudi, Andrea Bocelli, Sheku Kanneh-Mason, Lise Davidsen, Yunchan Lim and Max Richter.
Responsibilities:

Working closely with Legal & A&R teams to develop new music partnership opportunities and new revenue streams.

A senior leadership position with oversight across the label helping create the strategic path to growth for the business. Reporting this strategy within the label and outwardly.

Developing label strategy for each part of the Decca business considering its global positioning. Working with our international teams and partner labels to grow revenues across the entire catalogue.

Using business insight to be a critical force in artist signings and the A&R process.

Working with artist management to develop the scope of business and partnership for each artist.

Connecting with central insights and technology teams to ensure Decca is operating most efficiently and with future facing technologies.
Looking for:

Significant experience in the music industry.

Proven ability to use data to drive strategy.

Excellent knowledge of classical music.

Experience working with new technologies for reporting and work based efficiency.

This role will require travel on a regular basis.
