Salary: From £2,765 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.

Hours of work: 5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Term time only, 12.30-1.30 pm

Contract type: Permanent

Job advert:

We are looking for a new MDSA to join our hard working and committed lunchtime team. You will need to be a calm, well organised person who can support our lovely pupils over the lunchtime session in the hall while they are eating, outside at playtime and in classrooms during wet weather. You will need to be adaptable and have strong behaviour management skills as you will work with a range of pupils with different needs.

We are looking for someone:

  • who ideally has experience of working with children
  • who is resourceful and can think on their feet
  • can make the lunchtimes a special time for the children
  • who is a team player
  • who is physically able to move the dining hall equipment and clear/tidy up in the lunch hall
