How we LEAD:

 

We are seeking a dynamic and data driven Ecommerce manager to lead and optimize our direct-to-consumer marketing strategy and customer relationship programs. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, improving retention, and enhancing lifetime value through targeted communications, personalized experiences, and creating a cohesive experience for customers to improve engagement across all lifecycle touch points.

How You’ll Create:

  • Work closely with VP of Digital Marketing and Sr Manager of E-Comm to execute overall D2C/CRM Strategy and optimize e-commerce sales channels through artist specific campaigns.

  • Develop a D2C e-commerce strategy including user acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and sales performance.

  • Scope out opportunities for growth and key initiatives to leverage category growth and market share within key digital store fronts

  • Develop, implement and maintain effective and scalable marketing processes and data-driven and optimized execution of cross-channel communications

  • Lead website and digital store management including optimization, merchandising, and content. Create automated customer journeys (welcome, post-purchase, reactivation, etc.) to maximize CLV.

  • Collaborate with label managers, digital marketing, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.

  • Analyze traffic, funnel behavior, and customer journey to identify and act on growth opportunities.

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to engage, retain, and re-engage customers across channels (email, SMS, push notifications, loyalty programs).

  • Track campaign performance and optimize for better engagement and conversion

  • Develop sales & inventory reports

Bring Your Vibe:

  • 2-5 year’s experience developing eCommerce lifecycle/CRM programs, with a focus on marketing automation/operations

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluent proficiency required

  • Knowledge of industry best practices for marketing automation and the ability/desire to learn new tools and technologies quickly

  • Experience in customer segmentation strategies and subscriber management across multiple channels

  • Exceptional communicator with a desire to improve processes and positively impact the organization

  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent analytical skills, demonstrated passion for digging into data to test hypothesis and continually improve results

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Must have a service mindset; experience in client or central services is a major plus

  • Experience with Shopify is a plus

  • Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office and Photoshop (a plus)
