Senior Kitchen Manager – Hawksmoor Dublin

We opened Hawksmoor Dublin in 2023 and it quickly became one of the busiest, most exciting restaurants in the city – serving ethically sourced, grass-fed beef alongside award-winning cocktails and wines. Now we’re looking for a Senior Kitchen Manager to help lead the team and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to make sure everything from rotas and costs to compliance and culture is spot on. That means supporting an ambitious kitchen to thrive – building a calm, consistent and collaborative environment where people can do their best work.

We’re proud of the team we’ve built in Dublin. Many of them have been here since day one and continue to grow and develop with us. If you care deeply about great food, great people, and running a high-performing kitchen – this could be the place for you.

What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting the Head Chef to manage day-to-day kitchen operations
• Leading on food safety, health & safety, stock and rota management
• Keeping a close eye on food and labour costs
• Creating an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and valued
• Always looking for ways to improve how we work

Why work with us:
Since 2006 we’ve been working hard to do things the right way – from becoming a certified B Corp and raising over £1 million for Action Against Hunger, to placing in the Top 100 Best Companies list 13 years in a row. We’re proud to be one of the most sustainable restaurant groups in these islands, and proud of the people who make it all happen.

Benefits include:
• Paid overtime for every hour worked (including breaks)
• Weekly share of service charge (tronc)
• Refer a friend bonus from day one
• Access to Wagestream – get your wages when you need them
• Additional paid maternity and paternity leave
• Income protection and critical illness cover
• Free meals on shift
• Legendary staff parties, long service gifts and more
• Genuine career development opportunities

Our values:
Work hard and be nice to people. Keep evolving. Hit the Hawksmoor standard. Welcome everyone
