Due to promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for experienced Business Analyst to join our Tech Delivery team. - You’ll obtain a deep understanding of relevant business areas to be able to recommend solutions and build high-quality requirements.Â
- You’ll work with the business and delivery teams to shape and prioritise business requirements by making recommendations and suggesting alternatives to proposed solutions.Â
- You’ll understand technical options, limitations, costs, and risks, whilst building strong relationships with business partners to discuss tradeoffs and work collaboratively and to shape requirements accordingly.Â
- Translate conceptual user requirements into clear, detailed functional requirements.Â
- Manage requirements scoping throughout the delivery process and support delivery teams as they develop, test, and deploy solutions.Â
- Review delivery team output to ensure requirements are correctly interpreted; define and execute test cases.Â
- Document current processes and models to understand inefficiencies or gaps and identify and assist in prioritising opportunities to streamline business processes.Â
Does this sound like you?Â
- Proven track record of working in large and complex business facing projectsPrevious experience of working in Cloud and SaaS based solution projects with a background in Retail, Customer Relationships and Supply Chain systems is preferred.Â
- You’ll have great interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships at all levels and be able to influence.Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.Â
- Experience with agile development methodologies and agile planning tools such as Jira and confluence would be an advantage.Â
- You’ll be a strong problem solver with excellent trouble-shooting skills. Motivated and driven by achieving long-term business outcomesÂ
