Overview
The IS Analyst for Retail works within the IS team at Booker and is responsible for delivering effective, secure, and efficient systems to improve customer satisfaction and cash profit. This helps Booker serve our customers, communities, and planet a little better every day.
This role involves:
• Providing support to both internal and external customers regarding EPOS systems and their interaction with the Booker Retail Gateway.
• Offering support services for the Scoot rapid delivery platform.
• Delivering projects required to support the IS Retail Strategy.
• Ensuring the security of the Retail Gateway and Scoot platform.
Additionally, the role requires providing out-of-hours support for service incidents and planned IT works.
- Manage the Scoot system administration.
- Manage the Retail Gateway system administration.
- Monitor system KPIs.
- Support delivery of the retail systems roadmap.
- Testing of Gateway processes and EPOS integrations.
- Testing of the Scoot Platform and integrations.
- Technical project management skills.
- It Service desk experience.

Shift Hours: 38 hrs per week (Hybrid)
