Job Title: Installations Service Manager

- Mentoring Future Installers: Guiding and developing our graduate installers to reach their full potential.
- Ensuring Quality: Upholding correct ways of working through your expert technical knowledge.
- Geographical Coverage: Travelling and staying away from home will be essential to support your assigned area, potential frequency would be once a week
- Minimum of 18 months’ experience in supervising a field-based network of subcontractors.
- Previous experience working in the Kitchen / Bathroom installation industry.
- Effective communication including listening skills.
- Interpersonal skills – able to build strong working relationships quickly.
- Ability to lead, coach and mentor.Â
- Ability to assess and mitigate risk for the business.
- Prioritise workload and determine the appropriate course of action.
- Knows when to seek help, support and advice.
- Ability to ‘think outside the box’ with a creative approach.
