About the Role

Job Title: Investigational Material Supply Unit Assistant (Direct Entry)

Location: Hull, UK – Onsite
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm
Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary, 25 days annual leave, bonus scheme, private healthcare

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an IMSU Assistant. In this role, you’ll help prepare and package materials used in clinical studies—making a real impact on the development of new healthcare products.

You’ll work closely with a supportive team to make sure everything is assembled correctly, safely, and on time. It’s a great opportunity to be part of important research while learning about high standards in quality and compliance.

What you will be doing

  • Helping to pack and prepare study materials according to a set plan
  • Keeping track of supplies and making sure records are accurate
  • Following strict safety and quality procedures
  • Supporting the team with documentation and process improvements
  • Keeping the workspace clean and organised
  • Managing returns and disposal of materials after studies are complete

What we are looking for

  • Experience in packaging or working in a regulated environment (like healthcare or manufacturing)
  • Understanding of quality and safety standards (we’ll support you with training)
  • Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organised
  • Comfortable working to deadlines and handling multiple tasks
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changes
