We have an exciting role on offer within our Public Protection Service as a ICT Project Lead.
About Us
The Environment and Community Safety directorate delivers a range of customer support and regulatory services.
We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced person as Project Lead for the adoption, development and implementation of a new ICT system – Civica Cx. Civica Cx has been adopted as the new ICT system for the delivery of our customer services and regulatory functions including those delivered by our Environmental Health, Environmental Protection, Trading Standards, Private Sector Housing, Licensing and Community Safety teams.
You will have a responsibility for working closely with departmental management, system users, ICT services and Civica’s own project leads, and will oversee and manage each stage of the adoption and implementation of Civica Cx.
This will include reviewing existing ICT system data and processes, migrating data and establishing new task processes, supporting integration with the Council’s CRM system, arranging and supporting the training of users, ensuring the project is completed in line with project timescales and objectives, and providing regular project management updates to key stakeholders.
Please note this is a fixed term post ending on 31.03.2027.
