About the role
The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting HR functions at our manufacturing site. This position focuses on employee relations, communication, events, systems support, reporting, and payroll coordination for both hourly and salaried employees. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, service-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities
- Employee Support & Relations
- Provide timely and professional responses to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and HR-related matters.
- Guide employees in using HR self-service tools and systems.
- Support onboarding by preparing orientation materials, coaching new hires, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Communication & Engagement
- Maintain and update communication boards, employee text services, and digital channels to ensure consistent messaging across the site.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives including appreciation events, volunteer activities, and other site-wide programs.
- HR Systems & Reporting
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR data reporting and analytics.
- Track performance reviews, stay interviews, disciplinary actions, and other HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance records and collaborate with managers to ensure consistent application of the Attendance Program.
- Payroll Coordination
- Assist with payroll processing for both hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Partner with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and support audits.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with payroll policies and procedures.
- Support timekeeping system administration including troubleshooting and employee trainings.
- Training & Development
- Use employee feedback to enhance training and development programs.
- Conduct exit interviews and compile insights to support retention strategies.
This role is not currently sponsoring visas or considering international movement at this time.
The experience we're looking for
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Quick learner with the ability to navigate HRIS and payroll systems.
- Prior experience in a GMP manufacturing  environment preferred.
- Experience with ADP, Kronos, UKG strongly desired.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.

Salary Range
USDÂ $78,000.00 – Â $118,000.00
