Housekeeping Supervisor – London
Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join the pre-opening team for this highly anticipated new luxury hotel opening later this year.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced luxury hospitality leader to join the founding team and help shape the guest experience at this landmark hotel.
Located at the end of The Mall opposite Buckingham Palace, Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch will feature 100 elegant rooms and suites and 17,500 sqft of private residences. The hotel will open with two signature restaurants – Coreus by Clare Smyth and Café Boulud by Daniel Boulud – bringing together two of the world’s most celebrated Michelin-starred chefs. Guests will also enjoy a world-class spa, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, and a collection of grand event spaces, including a ballroom for up to 320 guests.

We are looking for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering an exceptional fives star guest experience, consistently upholding the worldclass service standards recognised by Forbes.
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Housekeeping Department, ensuring the impeccable presentation, cleanliness, and upkeep of the hotel at all times. Specifically, the Housekeeping Supervisor will uphold the highest standards by:
- Assigning daily work schedules and responsibilities to Housekeeping Team Members with precision and efficiency
- Conducting thorough inspections of all check-out rooms and performing spot checks of occupied rooms to ensure flawless presentation
- Identifying, reporting, and following up on maintenance defects or operational issues in a timely and proactive manner
- Routinely inspecting service areas, storerooms, and corridors to maintain impeccable back-of-house standards
- Planning, scheduling, and supervising deep-cleaning initiatives and special housekeeping projects
- Training, coaching, and managing Room Attendants and Housekeeping Team Members to consistently meet and exceed brand expectations
- Overseeing stock control and ensuring the careful maintenance and optimal use of housekeeping equipment
- Delivering intuitive, personalised guest service, including the seamless execution of VIP and special requests
- Ensuring unwavering compliance with hotel brand standards and luxury service protocols at all times
What are we looking for?
Housekeeping Supervisors within the Hilton brand serve as ambassadors of the guest experience, working collaboratively with colleagues and always with the guest at the centre of every decision. To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following.
- Proven experience in a Housekeeping supervisory position within a luxury or five-star hotel environment
- A strong and demonstrable track record of leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams
- Exceptional organisational skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to perfection in presentation and service delivery
- Confident, professional communication skills at all levels
- A genuine passion for delivering refined, anticipatory, and memorable guest experiences
- Proficiency in computer systems and applications, including Microsoft Office (preferred)
