What You’ll Do

As a member of the Global Finance & Operations Services (GF&OS) team based in the Global Services New Delhi hub, you’ll play a key role in supporting BCG’s global capital expenditure (CapEx) operations. This role primarily supports BCG’s global CapEx operations while providing secondary support for Client Business Unit (BU) setup and maintenance activities. Working closely with Global, Regional, and Local Finance teams, Global Real Estate, Global IT, and Global Treasury, you’ll help manage CapEx planning, reporting, and governance while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data that supports investment decisions across the firm.

 

You’ll combine analytical thinking with operational execution to support finance operations, maintain high-quality financial and client data, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, data quality, and the overall user experience across BCG’s finance platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the centralized CapEx mailbox, ensuring requests are processed accurately and within agreed service levels.
  • Support the end-to-end CapEx process, including planning, reporting, budget versus actual analysis, invoice management, and spend tracking.
  • Partner with Global Finance, Global Real Estate, Global IT, Global Treasury, and local office teams to coordinate CapEx activities and resolve operational requests.
  • Support Client Business Unit setup and maintenance, including organizational updates, mergers, acquisitions, and other client master data changes.
  • Perform data validation, cleansing, and analysis to improve the quality, consistency, and integrity of finance and client data.
  • Maintain finance metadata and support data governance standards across finance platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and support enhancements to finance systems and tools through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure the secure handling of financial and client information while complying with BCG policies and confidentiality requirements.

What You’ll Bring

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
  • One to three years of experience in finance operations, financial reporting, accounting, data analysis, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize data, identify trends, resolve data quality issues, and support practical business decisions.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail, with sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential financial and client information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teaming skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
  • A customer-focused mindset, with responsiveness, initiative, flexibility, openness to feedback, and a willingness to learn new topics and tools.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll be part of the Global Finance & Operations Services (GF&OS) team based in the Global Services New Delhi hub, supporting finance operations across BCG’s global network. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Global, Regional, and Local Finance teams, as well as colleagues in Global Real Estate, Global IT, and Global Treasury to deliver high-quality operational and analytical support.

 

Reporting to the Global Finance & Operations Senior Manager, you’ll work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment where knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional service are central to how we work. You’ll have the opportunity to build relationships with stakeholders across functions and geographies while contributing to initiatives that strengthen BCG’s global finance operations.

Financial Operations & Analysis

  • Supporting end-to-end CapEx processes, including planning, reporting, spend tracking, and budget versus actual analysis.

  • Communicating clearly and professionally while managing multiple priorities and responding to requests within agreed service levels.
