Giving Coordinator – London Business School, NW14SA
The Role
Fixed Term contract until June 2026
London Business School are looking for a Giving Coordinator on a fixed term contract to join our Advancement team and play a vital role in maintaining and nurturing relationships with our esteemed alumni, students, and external donors. In this key administrative position, you will support the School’s ambitious growth goals, helping to secure sustainable funding through effective fundraising strategies.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain relationships with alumni and donors.
- Assist in organising fundraising activities to achieve ambitious financial targets.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior volunteers and key alumni, to advance the School’s mission.
- Manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring priorities are met with proactive leadership.
Who we are looking for
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM databases, with Raiser’s Edge experience being desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with a focus on detail and deadline management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle diverse priorities.
- Experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous.
