About the role
The Project Integrator will serve as a critical bridge between internal teams, external markets, and key stakeholders. This role is responsible for aligning cross-functional initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging, and driving seamless integration of projects across regions and business units. The ideal candidate is a strategic communicator, skilled at stakeholder management, and capable of translating complex initiatives into clear, market-ready execution
Your responsibilities
Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary liaison between internal leadership, project teams, and external markets.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and engagement.
- Facilitate communication and manage expectations to drive project success.

Integration & Execution

- Coordinate and align multiple projects to ensure consistency across markets, functions, and geographies.
- Anticipate interdependencies, risks, and impacts to guarantee smooth integration.
- Provide structured updates, reports, and dashboards to keep stakeholders informed.

Messaging & Experience Consistency

- Ensure that project communications and deliverables are consistent with the organization’s strategic objectives and brand voice.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and business units to harmonize messages and experiences across touchpoints.
- Translate technical or operational details into clear, business-relevant messaging.

Market Engagement

- Serve as a trusted point of contact for market leaders, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
- Capture market insights and feedback, feeding them into project design and execution.
- Ensure that the customer and market experience remains consistent during and after transitions.
The experience we're looking for
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, HR, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business operations.
- Proven experience in project integration, program management, or stakeholder engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Experience engaging with senior leadership and external markets.
- Ability to manage complexity and drive alignment across multiple initiatives.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment and track to delivery milestones.
- High attention to detail, structured problem-solving, and strong organizational skills.
