As the Fleet Infrastructure Contracts Manager you will oversee the performance and delivery of a term maintenance contractor operating within the railway environment. The successful candidate will ensure all works are carried out in compliance with Group Standards, Railway Industry Standards, and Safety Critical Regulations, while maintaining a strong focus on contract performance under the NEC4 framework.
Some of your day to day duties will include:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal departments, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency in maintenance delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency, innovation, and improvement in maintenance practices and contractor performance
- Standards Compliance: Ensure all maintenance works adhere to relevant railway and group standards, including safety, quality, and environmental requirements
