We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team on a part time, fixed term basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of finance principles, excellent Excel skills, and a solutions-focused mindset.

In this role, you’ll provide essential financial and administrative support across multiple departments, helping ensure smooth and efficient financial operations. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce reports, analyse data, and contribute to key finance processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Input and maintain financial data across multiple units

  • Support month-end activities and assist with financial analysis

  • Analyse sales and transaction data to provide actionable insights

  • Produce accurate and timely monthly financial reports

  • Create financial presentations and support ad-hoc reporting requests

  • Process invoices and complete general administrative finance tasks

  • Manage weekly agency timesheet reporting

  • Monitor and report on daily/weekly site occupancy


What We’re Looking For:

  • Solid understanding of core financial principles

  • Proven experience in a finance administrator or similar finance support role

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, lookups)

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

  • A self-motivated team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
