As Executive Chef, you’ll lead the end-to-end culinary strategy, from designing creative, high-impact menus to managing kitchen operations and inspiring a skilled culinary team. You’ll work closely with event organisers and internal stakeholders to align menus with event themes while ensuring quality, sustainability, and operational excellence are at the heart of everything we do.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Leading all culinary services across retail outlets, banqueting, hospitality suites, and Clydebuilt Bar & Kitchen

  • Developing and executing innovative menus for diverse audiences and events
