What the day will look like
In this role, you will help manage enterprise demand so that initiatives are clearly captured, fairly reviewed, and smoothly guided through governance stages. You will collaborate directly with delivery leads and initiative owners to bring consistency, quality, and transparency to the entire demand lifecycle.
You will:
- Operate and support the enterprise demand management process across projects, products/BAU, and Proofs of Concept
- Coordinate alongside delivery leads and initiative owners to ensure demand captured in Jira is accurate, complete, and aligned with governance expectations
- Review and triage incoming demand, guiding teams through intake, approvals, and decision pathways
- Prepare demand for governance and leadership forums, consolidating inputs into clear, structured views of priorities and decision points
- Record approvals, key decisions, and outcomes in systems of record to ensure traceability, auditability, and data quality
- Monitor the end‑to‑end demand process to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Contribute to governance activities, reporting, ad‑hoc analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives beyond Jira
- Support the evolution of governance practices by reinforcing standards, improving transparency, and enabling consistent execution across the enterprise

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Experience in enterprise governance, demand management, portfolio management, or structured intake processes
- Working knowledge of Jira or similar workflow tools (hands‑on usage is key; administration experience is an asset but not required)
- Strong analytical approach with attention to detail and a focus on data quality
- Confidence in collaborating in English with delivery leads and engaging with senior partners
- Clear communication, facilitation, and organizational skills in governance or decision‑making environments
