We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Energy Tenant Liaison Officer to support the delivery of our domestic retrofit and planned works programmes. This vital role ensures tenants are fully informed, supported, and engaged throughout our planned works process, helping to improve energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, and enhance living conditions.
Key responsibilities will include:

Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, providing clear and timely information about retrofit projects and energy efficiency queries.
Serve as the liaison between tenants, contractors, and council staff, ensuring all parties are informed and any issues are promptly addressed.
Assist in the planning and scheduling of retrofit works, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants.
Provide support to tenants throughout the retrofit process, including answering queries, resolving complaints, and offering guidance. This role will include the occasional need to visit and speak to tenant’s at their homes or tenant events around the District.
Track project progress and tenant feedback, reporting to management and suggesting improvements where necessary.
Ensure all retrofit activities comply with relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety requirements.
Act as a point of contact for tenant education around low carbon heating systems and energy saving practices.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential, and you’ll need to demonstrate a real passion to provide excellent customer service.
