Employee Communication and Engagement Business Partner – Monument Place
Currently looking to recruit an Employee Communications and Engagement Partner based at Monument Place, London Bridge
The Employee Communications and Engagement Business Partner will be the first point of contact for leaders in the customer and commercial directorates, acting as the public branch of the employee communications and engagement team. You’ll broker in support from a team of campaign, content, and event experts.
You’ll offer first-class counsel to senior leaders and make sure targeted communication and engagement plans are in place for major projects, change initiatives, and operational plans in an ever-changing industry. Also, you’ll provide advice on reputation management and how to land messages with authenticity and credibility, coaching leaders to do so. You’ll also ensure colleagues are given the opportunity to have their say in the business, and have a clear line of sight of the part they play
You’ll be able to turn your hand to a range of work, strategic and tactical – from leading and executing local communication plans to support major changes. You’ll broker support from campaign, channel and event colleagues to personalise the company’s purpose, vision and values to your client area (Chief Customer Officer), tailoring any centrally driven campaigns or events such as the employee survey so they resonate with your client areas, and act as conduit where necessary.
In addition, you will be responsible for sourcing and drafting news stories that may be worthy of local or company-wide promotion, working with channels and campaigns teams to best capitalise on their promotion, using data-driven insight to adjust and shape local channels, brokering support from central teams and lead the branding, messaging and promotion of local events; broker support from experts within the communication and engagement team.
