Now, as we continue to scale globally, we’re investing in a major transformation of our digital estate – and we’re hiring a Director of Digital Presence to lead that journey.

This isn’t a design refresh or short-term campaign role. It’s a senior strategic position focused on the consolidation, modernisation, and governance of our global web platform – ensuring IRIS shows up consistently, accessibly, and effectively across all regions, brands, and audiences.

 

đŸ§©Â What Will You Be Doing?

IRIS has grown significantly through acquisition – which means our current web presence is broad, fragmented, and inconsistent. Your mission will be to lead a multi-phase programme to consolidate, replatform and scale our digital estate – unifying dozens of brand, product and regional sites into a streamlined, high-performing platform.

You’ll take full ownership of the long-term roadmap – from IA, content strategy and governance to CMS operations and global stakeholder alignment.

This is a complex and high-impact role – perfect for someone who’s delivered enterprise-scale transformation and wants to build something that lasts.

  • Lead full-scale website consolidation and replatforming – simplifying a fragmented global estate into a single, strategic platform
  • Deliver cross-market and cross-brand alignment – enabling consistency across the UK, US, EMEA and beyond, while allowing for localisation where it matters
  • Own platform strategy end to end – including IA, content structure, governance models, CMS operations, and integration with marketing systems
  • Work across the enterprise – aligning business units, markets and senior stakeholders around a shared roadmap
  • Lead global, cross-functional delivery – including teams across UX, content, development, analytics, and operations
  • Embed scalable governance and compliance – ensuring digital standards, accessibility and operational excellence
  • Drive long-term impact – with a digital platform that supports lead generation, engagement, and business growth

 

đŸ’¡Â Who Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for a senior digital leader with experience operating in global, complex organisations — and the confidence to turn ambition into action. You’ll need:

  • Proven success leading large-scale website consolidation or replatforming projects
  • Experience working across multi-brand, multi-language, multi-region platforms
  • Background in matrixed enterprise organisations (ideally 5,000+ employees)
  • Strong understanding of platform strategy – including architecture, governance, IA, and operations (not just marketing or UX)
  • A track record of working with senior global stakeholders and aligning priorities across regions
  • Sector experience in enterprise B2B or B2B2C (e.g. software, professional services, consulting, regulated industries)
  • Hands-on leadership of cross-functional teams spanning UX, content, development, and analytics
