Main Responsibilities
· Operate independently across multiple global markets, adapting solutions to local needs while maintaining global consistency.
· Act as the primary point of contact for global technology requirements, ensuring alignment between client expectations and internal delivery teams.
· Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable technical roadmaps.
· Collaborate across business, technology, and client teams to drive alignment and achieve shared outcomes.
· Identify opportunities to enhance client value through digital transformation, linking technology initiatives directly to business outcomes.
· Monitor emerging technologies and trends to inform strategy and elevate the client experience.
