Data Coordinator – Chihuahua
Job Summary:
The Data Coordinator Function manages all customer contract bin records, data validation vs contract compliance documents, Branch & lead time for part mastering across the business. The department has key interfaces with the Sales, Procurement, Planning Operations and Finance departments and suppliers where required.
Accountability and Scope:
- Ensure effective control and accuracy of all static data changes within vision and validate/maintain on-going data integrity.
- System information’s gatekeepers. Make sure that the info to be loaded into the system is correct.
- Worldwide customer service and problem solver
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Workflow requests processing in JDE within time frame established.
- Data maintenance to get the correct buy requisitions, transfers, or rejection signals from JDE.
- Data analysis to detect inconsistencies in the information received from the requesters.
- ERP database Gatekeepers by questioning the requesters to get the right information if something doesn’t match.
- Identify risks and deficiencies in SIOP process and make suggestions to improve them.
- Support continuous improvement activities within the SIOP team and all related areas.
- Excellent customer support needed.
- Problem solver on any issue detected in JDE system.
- Data Integrity to make sure everything is up and running accordingly.
- Stock reservation management.
- Assisting data analytics as needed.
Measures of Performance:
- Aging, Cycle time, Productivity, Service level and Dwell requests KPI
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree,
- Supply chain knowledge
- Inventory Management
- Excel proficient
- Good analytical skills
- Background in data management
- Attention to detail
