As a Data Administrator, you will provide essential business and data administration support to ensure the smooth operation of our probation services.

This is a remote-based position, though you may be required to attend our Head Office in Vauxhall, occasionally for training or key meetings.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate data records, supporting performance monitoring, and ensuring administrative processes are carried out efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Data entry and monitoring, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Collating and analysing statistical information to support performance targets.
  • Identifying data errors or gaps through auditing and quality assurance checks.
  • Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks, including minute-taking and preparing correspondence.
  • Maintaining confidential electronic records and liaising with partner agencies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (intermediate level or higher).
  • Proven experience supporting a large team in an administrative capacity.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly with data collation and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative.
  • Experience in maintaining confidential electronic records.
  • Previous experience working in a confidential or secure environment.
