Customer Service Admin – Nottingham
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring your own health and safety and that of others and promoting a positive health and safety culture within the workplace
- Ensure all Health and safety obligations are met, and company policies are adheredÂ
- Report any safety concerns, hazard observations, accidents and incidents in a timely manner to allow full investigation and prevent re-occurrence
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Answer incoming customer correspondence via telephone/email/CRM case
- Make outbound proactive supplier and customer calls
- Work with customers and suppliers to promote the use of MyEnva and provide training as required
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Deliver customer service excellence
- Record all calls and customer complaints on Dynamics 365 (CRM) with the exception of delivery, exchange collection requests from customers
- Recommend potential products or services by collecting customer information and assessing customer needs
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Input off supplier ticket information onto MyEnva
- Office and admin tasks/duties
- Speaking with visitors and directing them
- Support other departments when required
- Cross train and learn other tasks and duties within the office for personal development but also absence cover
- Deal with Haz waste enquiries (liaise with 3rd party suppliers, arrange testing, quote customers)
- Keep in regular contact with key customers to ensure we are fulfilling their business needs
- Identify possible new business opportunities and pass them onto the relevant person/department
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Previous experience working within a customer service department
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a teamÂ
- Experience in the use of CRM / order processing / finance systems
