ABOUT THE JOB As a Customer Relationship Team Leader you will be the day to day interface with the customer, managing and maintaining the associated reporting and KPI’s, both internal and externally to ensure service level targets are maintained to support the achievement of customer service delivery targets and overall customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
THE ROLE As a Customer Relationship Team Leader you will:
• Oversee and guide day to day activities to ensure the team delivers high levels of supplier performance and that all KPI’s, are monitored and achieved.
• Manage the day to day relationship with the customer, including visiting sites when required.
• Support regular 1-2-1s to review performance and update current progress against targets ensuring customer expectations are met in full.
• Ensure the team is effectively trained.
• Carry out full Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for delivery failures where required, using appropriate tools.
• Build long term rapport with the customer to resolve delivery performance issues and influence delivery to meet customer demand.
• Undertake full order book management for the designated parts, taking action to meet KPI’s and customer deliveries.
• Manage priority parts and arrears to ensure potential issues are identified and escalated within the supply chain.
• Adhere to all policies and regulations in relation to product sourcing.
• Undertake root cause analysis to identify and implement Continuous Improvement actions to ensure opportunities to improve internal and external process/efficiencies are realised.
ABOUT YOU
• CIPS Level 1 – 4 or working towards or equivalent experience in similar role • People Supervisory/Management experience • Significant demonstrable experience working within a material control/supply chain environment • Significant experience of providing technical leadership • Some associated experience within a technically demanding environment. • Effective communication skills both written and oral • Ability to maintain, influence and develop relationships • Numerically competent • Able to negotiate and reach agreement So, if you feel you have all of this, and even more, apply now.
