The A Side: A Day in The Life

This is an exciting role within the commercial team at Universal Music, with a focus on Universal’s new in-house Creator Marketing platform: House of Carmen.

  • Sourcing and onboarding creators relevant to artist campaigns

  • Working with the creator team of artist campaigns

  • Managing and running artist campaigns through our creator platform

  • Working across both teams, the candidate would focus on finding the right creators and seeking to feed back improvements to the platform

The B Side: Skills & Experience

  • Music industry experience (label or agency side)

  • Worked in a fast-paced environments, such as influencer/digital agencies

  • Experience with relevant tools for sourcing creators, as well as data tools to track performance of campaigns

  • A good intuition/eye for what type of audiences work with artists

  • Creative but also data-led

  • Digital savvy-always across internet trends across TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube

  • Experience in marketing a product

  • Experience in onboarding users in any capacity would be a plus
