Team Overview:

The Partner Labels Team is seeking a Coordinator, Global Marketing to support both the internal team as well as partner labels. The team is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the relationships with our growing list of UMG distributed labels. The services provided to these labels include commercial relations, international marketing, physical coordination, and troubleshooting. Across our labels, we work a diverse roster of artists and maintain priority relationships for the company. 

How You’ll Create:

Support department with administrative duties:

  • Provide administrative support for department head
  • Facilitate calls and meetings, including organizing conference rooms and taking notes 
  • Maintain priority department documents and international distribution lists
  • Handle expenses, reconciliation, and processing
  • Coordinate team calendars and travel
  • Update department playlists with latest releases
  • Lead emergency response / Floor Warden for the department
  • Welcome guests and executives to office visits
  • Coordinate system access and training sessions for systems and support Tech Services with the needs of our label partners 

Support our partner labels with Marketing, Commercial Services, and Production support:

  • Collect and organize all Artist assets and marketing tools (photos, artwork, logos, music, bio, etc.) and oversee collation and distribution of marketing assets and reports to international partners
  • Coordinate information, update, draft, and circulate overall agendas for meetings with international teams/management 
  • Liaise with domestic product marketing team on creation of internationally focused one-sheets, assets, etc.
  • Assisting the Commercial departments in New Release physical set up, from pre-order to release, including D2C marketing and sales
  • Invoicing and communicating directly with vendors/consultants for payment processing
  • Brainstorm and contribute ideas for single/album launch and overall international development
  • Maintaining budgets and project marketing plans
  • Support of core catalogue initiatives
  • Ability to work and sometimes be responsive across multiple time zones
  • Generate and maintain album launch schedules (domestic and international)
  • Book and execute album and single release advertising with appropriate staff
  • Update and maintain weekly marketing briefs for internal distribution
  • Update weekly timelines for Artists’ projects
  • Take meeting notes and distribute to the team within the same day
  • Organize guest lists and distribute tickets for Artists’ shows in major markets
  • Book travel for Artists, their teams, and contest winners for special events
  • Plan, organize and execute industry and Artist events, including award show campaigns and listening events
  • Oversee promotional and informational mailings
  • Communicate between departments on assigned projects
  • Update and maintain label initiation sheets. 
  • Manage Uniport requests
  • Generate monthly reference guides for global label priorities
  • Update global release schedules for priority labels
  • Conduct brand, sports, and lifestyle research and outreach
