Contract Manager – Cleaning Services
Location: Blackpool  | £52,000 – £57,000 + Excellent Benefits

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree-level qualification (or equivalent leadership experience) managing multi-service contracts.
  • A proven leader with a track record of delivering commercial and financial results.
  • Skilled at inspiring teams, engaging stakeholders, and creating a positive, high-performance culture.
  • Strong communicator and negotiator with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Commercially astute, data-driven, and always looking for smarter, better ways to deliver.
  • Resilient, confident, and courageous — leading by example and embracing change with energy.
