What Our Teams Do
Depending on the role and level, responsibilities may include:
- Managing payrolls for multiple clients across various pay frequencies
- Processing end-to-end payrolls accurately and on time
- Producing payroll reports, payslips, pension files, and statutory documentation
- Submitting RTI returns and supporting compliance activities
- Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a trusted payroll expert
- Handling payroll queries and providing excellent customer service
- Supporting year-end activities and legislative changes
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
- Supporting and mentoring colleagues within the team
The Types of People We’re Interested In
We’re keen to hear from payroll professionals who have experience in areas such as:
- Payroll bureau environments

Professional payroll qualifications such as CIPP are always welcomed, but are not essential for every role.
