The Role:
As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver exceptional quality dishes, maintain kitchen hygiene, and support the development of junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes across various sections of the kitchen

Ensure all food meets our high standards in both taste and presentation

Assist in stock management, ordering, and kitchen organization

Follow health and safety procedures and maintain impeccable cleanliness

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver outstanding service

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role

Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
