Job Purpose and Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading and managing the digital marketing initiatives within CCNA B2B. This role focuses on

leveraging key digital tools such as Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua), and partner-related platforms to develop,

execute, and analyze targeted digital campaigns. The objective is to drive effective lead generation, enhance partner engagement, and ensure

alignment with Canon’s overall digital strategy. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and partners to optimize digital processes,

improve campaign performance, and support the company’s growth objectives in a dynamic B2B environment.

  • Digital Tool Management:
    • Administer and optimize usage of Salesforce CRM, ensuring marketing data integrity and campaign alignment.
    • Manage all leads and opportunities reported by Sales team in country within Salesforce.
    • Manage and execute campaigns using Marketo, Eloqua, or similar marketing automation tools.
    • Track and report on lead generation, nurturing workflows, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Campaign Execution & Strategy:
    • Plan, launch, and monitor multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (email, landing pages, social media, etc.).
    • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve future efforts.
    • Ensure alignment between Canon’s digital strategy and partner co-marketing campaigns.
  • Partner Collaboration & Tools:
    • Support digital aspects of Canon’s partner marketing activities.
    • Manage and contribute to content and functionality of the Partner Portal and Partner Locator.
    • Act as a marketing lead for the rollout and management of CHAMP (Canon’s Partner Platform).
  • Cross-functional Alignment:
    • Collaborate with sales, business development, and IT teams to streamline tool usage and lead flow.
    • Ensure digital marketing activities align with overall Canon brand and strategic goals.

What we ask

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B tech or imaging industry.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo and/or Eloqua is required.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Experience with partner marketing, digital tools, and campaign reporting dashboards is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CMS and web content tools is beneficial.
  • Speaks English and French is required, Arabic is a plus
