This is the job

Join the Financial Services team as a Digital Campaign Manager and take the lead on high-impact marketing for AA Lease. You’ll shape and deliver strategic digital campaigns from the ground up working closely with Group Marketing, senior stakeholders, and top-tier agencies. Your mission? Drive performance, boost brand visibility, and deliver measurable results.

n

You’ll be the go-to expert for digital performance marketing, owning strategy, execution, optimisation, and reporting across key channels including PPC, aggregators, programmatic, and CRM.

With a sharp commercial mindset and a keen eye for detail, you’ll manage end-to-end campaigns across owned, earned, and paid media. You’ll thrive on delivering projects on time, on budget, and above expectations.

n

This role is hands-on and collaborative. You’ll craft compelling campaign briefs, align with business goals, and work across departments to bring ideas to life. From major cross-channel projects to day-to-day marketing activity, you’ll be at the heart of it all, supporting AA Lease and occasionally contributing to wider Financial Services campaigns in Loans, Savings, and Car Finance.

  • n

  • Skilled in reviewing and developing creative content that aligns with brand vision and regulatory standards
  • n

  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and third-party partners
  • n
