Café Manager – ASDA
Hayle, Cornwall | 40 hours per week | £30,000

What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing and serving delicious food to the highest standards
- Leading and motivating your team to deliver excellent service every day
- Overseeing all café operations, from stock control to budgets and action plans
- Completing weekly business returns and monitoring KPIs with your line manager
- Ensuring Health & Safety standards are always upheld
- Supporting, coaching, and developing your team so they can thrive
- Acting as a brand ambassador and representing Compass Group UK&I positively at all times
What we’re looking for:
- Previous management experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment
- Drivers License Desirable
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for food and customer service excellence
- Financial awareness and the ability to manage budgets effectively
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on role
- Basic Food Hygiene certification (or willingness to achieve this)
