Role for someone with solid experience in benefits administration, ready to take on more analytical responsibilities, combining operational expertise with data-driven insights.

What the day will look like

First 3 months:

  • Deepen knowledge of benefits platforms and client-specific configurations
  • Connect with colleagues across teams to understand data flows and reporting requirements
  • Become familiar with analytical tools and quality assurance processes

Once fully trained:

  • Perform detailed analysis of benefits enrollment data, identifying trends and discrepancies
  • Support administration of employee benefits programs, handling more complex transactions
  • Prepare and validate reports and dashboards for internal teams and clients
  • Analyze and reconcile benefits invoices, coordinating resolution with vendors
  • Serve as escalation point for queries from operations team and contact center
  • Support new client implementations, including data migration and system testing
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to documentation

 

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • 1-3 years of experience in benefits administration, data analysis, or related operational role
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, spot patterns, and provide insights
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) – Power Query/Power BI is a plus
  • English B2+ level minimum (daily use with colleagues and stakeholders)
  • Attention to detail with ability to manage high volumes of data accurately
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
  • Experience with HRIS systems or benefits administration platforms is valued
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, HR, or related field is a plus
  • Knowledge of Spanish is not a must, but would be advantegous
