This 12 Month Fixed Term Designer opportunity is responsible for creating and developing a commercial and fashionable range which meets customer and market requirements. You will lead the design team, inspiring, managing, coaching, and developing the Assistant Designer and Junior Designer, confidently lead the department’s critical path to ensure timely delivery of samples and take full accountability for the product development of the department from initial concept through to final product ensuring alignment with seasonal trends and brand direction.
Your role
As an experienced Baby/toddler designer you will be accountable for creating and developing trend led commercial ranges to meet our customer and market requirements. As a designer, you will lead the design team, inspiring, managing and coaching junior members of your team, along with building external relations with our supply partners.
Confidently lead the design critical path of the department to ensure timely delivery of samples, taking full accountability for the product development of the department from initial concept through to final product aligning with seasonal trends and the brand DNA.
