Overview:

 

We are looking for a Java Developer to build and support cloud-native solutions using Java, AWS, and TypeScript. This role focuses on API development, serverless architecture, and DevOps practices within an Agile environment. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable software. The role involves close interaction with product owners, scrum masters, and cross-functional teams to deliver business value through modern engineering practices. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining CI/CD pipelines, ensuring code quality, and supporting production-grade systems.

This is a hands-on development role that combines backend engineering, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices to build and maintain enterprise-grade solutions.

Proficiency in TypeScript is a must.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Collaborate within a cross-functional Agile team including Product Owners and Scrum Masters
  • Write clean, maintainable code aligned with team standards and best practices
  • Own and deliver well-defined stories and communicate progress during Agile ceremonies
  • Develop and maintain software products that meet LSM and enterprise quality standards
  • Monitor and support production-grade systems using observability tools
  • Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions
  • Implement automated testing (unit, integration) and apply secure coding practices
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance
  • Participate in code reviews and actively review pull requests
  • Produce technical documentation and specifications as needed
  • Foster strong working relationships with internal teams, vendors, and customers

 

 

Skills Required:

 

  • Proven experience in API product development and management (e.g., Apigee)
  • Including API versioning, documentation, and developer onboarding
  • Strong background in AWS Serverless architecture and event-driven integration patterns
  • Experience developing AWS cloud-native solutions
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools: Jenkins, Bamboo, Git
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database paradigms
  • Solid understanding of security protocols and standards
  • Backend development experience using TypeScript
  • Strong grasp of automated testing principles
  • Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP)
  • Ability to work with Product Owners and stakeholders to deliver high-value software solutions
