Overview:
We are part of an exploding industry where we have conquered the global market and are growing our UK team. We are looking for a Customer Engagement Manager for the UK Market to join our Customer Success department in London. Our team plays a crucial role in Trustpilot’s commitment to building trust and transparency between consumers and businesses worldwide.
You will be working hand in hand with the Customer Success Manager in the first six months businesses join Trustpilot. The role requires special attention to delivering optimal implementation in line with our company values and guidelines. Trust is our motto. The goal is to showcase and deliver long-term value to our clients.
It is essential that you have an interest in talking to customers, are a motivated person and have a positive attitude to change and problem-solving. It also requires structure and project management skills. This is mainly a phone-based role, therefore flexibility and an agile approach will be needed.
What you'll be doing:
- Product adoption management – you will guide businesses in adopting our product
- Driving optimum adoption of Trustpilot to customers, ensuring commercial success.
- Portfolio Management
- Leverages understanding of both sales and product knowledge to identify growth professionally and efficiently
- Enhanced communication skills
- Be a Trustpilot ambassador through compelling storytelling to customers and engage efficiently with different audiences
- Be a Trusted Advisor
- Building genuine and trustful relationships with our customers by delivering top-notch consultancy support.
Who you are:
- You have some experience either in E-Commerce, online marketing, SEO/Google AdWords, project management or B2B software.
- You have some experience in building relationship with multiple stakeholders internally and externally
- A proven history of demonstrating effective project delivery
- Adept at finding solutions and challenging the status quo
- Possess a solid ability to manage tough conversations in a professional and solution-oriented manner
- Proactive mindset
- Hard-working – likes working in a fast-paced environment
