Assistant Trackside Manager – Be Part of the Fast Lane!
Join the adrenaline-fueled world of F1 as our Assistant Trackside Manager and become a key player in delivering world-class experiences at the pinnacle of motorsport.
As part of the Restaurant Associates Racing team, you’ll help deliver unforgettable hospitality across global Grand Prix events — where luxury meets speed and precision is everything.
The role is a full time position with global travel required throughout the racing season.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with the setup and breakdown of VIP suites, lounges, and hospitality zones
· Support the coordination of logistics, supplier deliveries, and event infrastructure
· Manage and brief on-site hospitality teams including hosts, bar staff, and caterers
· Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of paddock hospitality areas during race weekends
· Deliver premium experiences for VIPs, sponsors, and high-profile guests
· Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally, ensuring every touchpoint exceeds expectations
· Monitor health, safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards across all hospitality areas
· Collaborate closely with the Trackside Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure flawless delivery
· Help manage event timelines and adapt to fast-changing race-day demands

What You’ll Bring:
· Proven experience in hospitality or luxury events
· Natural leadership and top-tier customer service
· Fluent English plus French or Italian
· A flexible, can-do attitude – and a passport ready to go!
Desirable: WSET or Food Safety certs, and previous VIP hospitality experience
