Assistant Professor (Education) – Durham

Durham University’s Centre for Academic Development (DCAD) is seeking an exceptional educator to join our Foundation Programmes as an Assistant Professor (Teaching) in Business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to teach and support students from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds, helping them thrive in higher education. You’ll be part of a dynamic, supportive team, delivering innovative teaching and contributing to curriculum development in a world-class academic environment.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A postgraduate qualification and ideally a PhD (or equivalent demonstrable practitioner experience and skills) in Business or a related field
  • A strong track record of teaching excellence and pedagogical innovation
  • A commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion in education
