Energean is looking for a personal assistant to the CFO who can handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as a high level of discretion and confidentiality.


Key Accountabilities: 


  • Managing the CFO’s calendar and scheduling appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CFO.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as filing, copying, scanning and data entry.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • General administration tasks including but not limited to organizing and submitting travel expenses, including SAP updates and monthly invoice reconciliation.
  • Preparation of meeting rooms. 
  • Dealing with financial paperwork including invoices.
  • Supporting CFO’s events and meetings.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the CFO or senior management.


Required Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities):


  • Bachelor’s degree with preference in business administration, finance, accounting or a related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to uphold confidentiality and discretion at all times in line with company guidelines and as appropriate.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
