We have an exciting role on offer within our Environmental Services as an Assistant Cook.
About Us
As an Assistant Cook you will be assisting the Unit Supervisor in the provision and cooking of the lunchtime meal.
To be successful in this role you need experience of large-scale school meals catering, a basic food hygiene certificate, and an NVQ Level 1 or City and Guilds Level 1 and 2 combined in Catering.
You will have a responsibility for weighing up food preparation and baking, supporting the team in providing a Healthy Nutritious Meal, serving the students during the lunch time service. Moving around the area to various kitchens as and when required.
