About the role
As Assistant Brand Manager, VMS (Vitamins, Minerals, Supplements) supporting Infant Nutrition, you’ll have full ownership of a small but meaningful category that plays a critical role in supporting families’ health. You’ll lead efforts to stabilize and reinvigorate performance — from sharpening brand positioning and communication to optimizing the portfolio and identifying new opportunities for growth. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the go-to expert for all things VMS, working across teams to set the direction for the category’s future.

Your responsibilities
In summary, you'll:
- Own the Enfamil VMS portfolio for prenatal and Infant, managing brand strategy, performance, and execution.
- Develop and implement turnaround plans to stabilize and grow the business in line with Reckitt’s broader Nutrition strategy.
- Lead the annual planning process, identifying portfolio priorities and activation opportunities across channels.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, Regulatory, Finance, Supply) to ensure commercial and operational excellence.
- Manage day-to-day performance tracking, analyzing trends and identifying actionable insights to improve results.
- Support renovation and innovation projects, from concept development to go-to-market execution. Â
- Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver effective communication and shopper campaigns with limited resources.
- Manage budget and P&L responsibility for the category.

The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree required. MBA a plus.
- Prior experience in related fields (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Advertising) a plusÂ
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability — you thrive in environments where you can make things happen.
- Solid analytical and strategic thinking skills; you’re comfortable with data and can translate it into action.
- Experience in brand management or marketing (ideally within CPG, nutrition, or healthcare).
- Agility and creativity — you can do more with less and know how to prioritize for impact.
- The ability to build strong relationships and influence cross-functional partners.
- A genuine passion for supporting the health and wellbeing of moms and babies.

US salary ranges
USDÂ $85,000.00
  –  $127,000.00
US pay transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
