As a key member of the team, you will act as a proactive liaison between customers and account teams, building and nurturing long-term relationships. Your role will involve meeting individual revenue targets while also contributing to broader team objectives. You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing contracts, ensuring customer needs are met effectively. Collaboration with internal colleagues and subject matter specialists will be essential to deliver tailored solutions and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver against overall team revenue, gross profit (GP), and customer satisfaction targets

  • Manage a small portfolio of personal customer accounts with individual revenue goals

  • Lead customer onboarding, novations, and quotation processes

  • Support closure programs and customer communications across the wider account team

  • Understand customer business drivers and align appropriate solutions to meet their needs

  • Identify and pursue new outbound sales opportunities and prospects

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior and influential decision-makers

  • Represent the business in senior-level presentations and meetings

  • Support account managers within the team as needed

  • Drive business growth by closing contracts, managing existing accounts, and monitoring margin

  • Spot and act on opportunities for growth across the team’s customer base

  • Ensure accurate and timely sales forecasting through Salesforce

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of contacts and opportunities in Salesforce

  • Contribute to and support team campaigns aimed at driving sales and business growth
